All costs associated with employment are covered by RRA (taxes, unemployment, disability insurance and other administrative fees).

Direct Hire / Permanent Placement

Our Direct Hire division has access to a wide range of top performers – including those hard-to-reach professionals who are not actively searching for a job. We are committed to finding the right people for your business; you will only meet candidates who have passed our in-depth screening process. RRA conducts regional and nationwide searches in all industry specializations.

No Hire? No fee. We charge a one-time fee based on the candidate’s first year annual salary. There is no fee if a candidate is not hired.

Recruitment Process Outsourcing

RRA acts as a company's internal recruitment division for a portion or all of its functions. RRA manages the entire recruiting/hiring process from job profiling through onboarding, including staff, technology, method and reporting.
